1. Scope of Services

GS Consultancy provides professional guidance, documentation assistance, and application filing for various visa categories (Study, PR, Spouse, Visitor, etc.).

• Expert Guidance: We provide advice based on current immigration laws and policies.

• No Guarantee of Approval: While we maintain a high success rate, the final decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the respective Government Embassy or High Commission. GS Consultancy does not guarantee visa approval.

2. Accuracy of Information

• Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing 100% accurate, truthful, and original documents.

• Consequences of Fraud: Any submission of forged or misleading documents will result in the immediate termination of our services without a refund, and we may be legally obligated to report such instances to the relevant authorities.

3. Fee Structure & Payments

• Transparency: In line with our Zero-Hidden-Cost Guarantee, all service fees will be clearly communicated before you sign your service agreement.

• Third-Party Fees: Government visa fees, biometric fees, medical exams, and courier charges are separate from our consultancy service fees and must be paid by the client to the respective authorities.

• Payment Terms: Services will only commence once the agreed-upon initial payment has been processed.

4. Refund & Cancellation

• Service Fees: Our service fees are for the professional time and expertise invested in your case. These fees are generally non-refundable once the application process or documentation audit has begun.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered in specific cases of service failure on our part, as outlined in your individual service contract. No refunds are provided in the event of a visa rejection based on the client’s past history, medical issues, or fraudulent documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

GS Consultancy is not liable for any delays caused by embassy processing times, changes in immigration laws, or technical issues with government portals. We are also not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a visa refusal.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate our services if:

• The client fails to provide required documents within a reasonable timeframe.

• The client behaves unprofessionally or abusively toward our staff.

• Information is discovered that makes the client ineligible for the visa category they applied for.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
